Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of your delivery date to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including the packing slip and the RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery back to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned product, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days, minus any original shipping fees.
